Underfoot Experience
The Ghost 15's midsole contains DNA LOFT v2. This midsole material is designed to be soft and lightweight. It is a highly-cushioned midsole that should feel protective underfoot, without 'excessive' bulk.
At the lateral side of the back of each shoe, you will find a segmented crash pad. The segmented crash pad should improve the smoothness of the transition from heel to toe off.
Upper Fit
The upper of the Ghost 15 is engineered air mesh. Providing comfort and breathability, while the 3D Fit Print adds structure and support.
Ideal Run Type
The Brooks Men's Ghost 15 Road Running Shoes are best suited to easy to steady-paced runs. The soft cushioning lends itself to short recovery runs and long runs.
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
